    Visit Iceland with us 7 nights/8 days

    Day 02: Reykjavik – Deildartunguhver – Hraunfossar/Barnafoss – Into The Glacier - Borgarnes

    Today we check out and proceed Borgarnes.

    Our first stop will be at Deildartunguvher Hot springs, it is the hottest spring in Europe where water erupts between 90 to 120 degree each second. Later we enjoy most picturesque waterfall Hraunfossar & Barnafoss. Here we have a 10 min walking trail. Later we proceed towards Into The Glacier which offers access to the largest man-made ice tunnel in the world. The ice tunnel and the caves are located high on Iceland‘s second largest glacier, Langjökull.

    Drive towards Borgarnes & later check in at hotel.

    Overnight in Borgarnes

    Day 01: Arrive Keflavik - Blue Lagoon Thermal bath – Reykjavik

    Arrive at Keflavik airport and later we will be proceeding towards Blue Lagoon. The Blue Lagoon (Comfort Package) is a unique sight where guests enjoy relaxing in warm geothermal water surrounded by magical black lava fields. The Blue Lagoon’s warm water and natural active ingredients; mineral salts, silica and blue green algae, help you relax and escape the stress and strain of daily life (entrance fee, welcome drink, 1 face mask & towel rental included in our Comfort Package). 

    Later drive to Reykjavik.


    Day 03: Borgarnes – Snaefellsnes Peninsula – Borgarnes

    This tour takes you west from Reykjavik on a scenic route to Borgarfjörður and the village of Borgarnes. Shortly after entering Snæfellsnes peninsula, by Ytri-Tunga Farm you‘ll get a chance to spot local wildlife at the beach which is home to a seal colony and variety of sea birds. Next is a visit to the idyllic Arnarstapi village where you ‘ll take a walk to view the extraordinary landscape along the precipitous shoreline before continuing to the small village of Hellnar. The area all around the glacier contains hundreds of lava tubes, which makes the area really special for those interested in caves. 

    Later we visit Grundarfjörður is home to one of the peninsulas‘s most iconic and photographed landmarks, the symmetrical mountain Kirkjufell that towers 1500 ft. up from the shoreline. Drive back towards hotel.

    Day 04: Borgarnes – Seljalandsfoss – Skogafoss – Black sand Beach – Vik 

    Today we depart towards South Iceland and visit the very first location of Gerua fame waterfall - Seljalandsfoss where there is 30min walking trail behind the waterfall (carry rainy wear if you don’t want to get wet). After this, we will be proceeding towards waterfall Skogafoss, where on a bright sunny day at least 2 rainbows are visible at a time. 

    Afternoon we will proceed towards Reynisfjara - BLACK SAND BEACH (one of its only kind in the world) where you would enjoy the Rock apostles in the ocean & also see Basalt Rock columns & cave formation at the beach. Note - It is always extremely windy at the beach.  Overnight in Vik

    Day 05: Skaftafell National Park & Jokulsarlon Glacier Lagoon

    Today we will visit two of the most beautiful places in Iceland - Skaftafell National Park and Jökulsárlón glacier lagoon.

    We start towards Skaftafell National Park which is a magnificent area. The birch forest is like an oasis surrounded by the enormous tongues of the Vatnajökull glacier and the sands of Skeiðarárasandur.

    Next, we continue east in order to reach the glacier lagoon Jökulsárlón, one of the most spectacular sights in Iceland. Enormous icebergs constantly break off the glacier into the lagoon, melting slowly as they drift towards the sea nearby. Here we will take photo-stop and walk around the lagoon to enjoy this amazing landscape. Opposite to the lagoon is the Diamond Beach where you have the icebergs that are at the shore making it beautiful location to photograph at. Evening back to hotel. Boat ride is not operational from 1st week of Nov till 1st week of May

    Day 06: Golden Circle tour (Gullfoss , Geysir,Thingvellir National Park) 

    Today we proceed towards Golden Circle. Our first destination will be Gullfoss Waterfall one of the most impressive waterfalls in Europe that falls in two folds. Later we proceed towards Geysir - home to the Littli Geysir & the great Strokkur Geyser which erupts about every 8 minutes. It truly is a sight to behold. Later continue the journey towards Þingvellir National Park. The park is a place of great beauty located on the biggest lake of Iceland (Silfra Lake) where the Tectonic Plates of North America and Euro Asia continent drifts apart each year. The park is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.


    Day 07: Reykjavik City Tour – Flyover Iceland – Reykjavik

    Today we enjoy city Tour of Reykjavik. We cover all sightseeing points such as Sun Voyager, Harpa concert house, City Hall, Parliament House, etc. We proceed to visit the most famous landmark of the city is the Hallgrimskirkja Church. We make a photo stop here and spend some free time.

    The capital is trendy with friendly pubs, clubs and cozy restaurants in the downtown area. The area is rich in historical landmarks and museums.

    Later we will be proceeding towards Flyover Iceland in Reykjavik. The total experience will take approximately 35 minutes, including the 8.5 minutes you’ll spend on the Ultimate Flying Ride.


    Day 08: Airport drop off

    Today morning check out from hotel & we proceed towards Airport to catch return flight back home or onwards destination.

    Tour of Iceland ends with sweet & every lasting memories.
